Occupying the southern edge of Chicago’s West Loop neighborhood, the Morris Adjmi designed Landmark West Loop reflects both the industrial nature of its immediate surroundings as well as the modernist tradition of Mies van der Rohe. From its location outside the downtown, the building offers sweeping views of the city, while the extensive building amenities and units provide residents with a vibrant living experience.

Starting with design intent established by design architect, Chris developed and detailed complete exterior wall system, and worked closely with fabricators to ensure constructability within budget. Chris managed the project through the entire duration of construction, working closely with the owner and contractor to address issues during construction.
