The goal for the new ESD headquarters at Willis Tower was to create a refined, professional space that exposed the building systems that ESD designs, and function like a learning lab for junior engineering staff. The team worked closely with the general contractor and the client to deliver a great space within a conservative budget.

As a Project Architect and Project Manager, our partner Delia Conache worked closely with the client, consultants and contractor to see that all the design details were carried through from design to construction, on time and on budget.
