The Maria Elena Sifuentes Apartments is an affordable housing development located in the heart of Chicago’s Albany Park neighborhood. Working in collaboration with UrbanWorks Ltd., Assemble Design Workshop assisted the client and project team with the technical aspects of design and construction, from converting the building to conventional construction to envelope design and detailing.
